When a refund is possible

A refund is available only when work on your order has not started, and the request is made within 7 days of placing the order. Once work has begun, the order is non-refundable.

One-time SEO packages

• Full refund if you request it before work has started and within 7 days of placing the order.
• Once the audit or optimization work has begun, the order is non-refundable.

Monthly plans

• Monthly services are non-refundable.
• You can cancel before the next billing cycle and you will not be billed again.
• The Ongoing AI SEO plan has a 6-month minimum commitment, stated on its service page.

Rankings and results

We do not guarantee any specific ranking, traffic level or revenue outcome, because nobody controls search engine results. Refunds are therefore not issued on the basis of ranking or traffic outcomes. What we commit to is the agreed scope, timeline and reporting.

Marketplace orders

Orders placed through a marketplace follow that marketplace’s own resolution and refund process.

Third-party costs

Costs already paid to third parties on your behalf, such as tools or placements, are not refundable.
