Terms of Service

1. Who we are

Rankicon LLC (“Rankicon”, “we”) provides SEO services including one-time optimization, monthly SEO, local SEO and Google Business Profile management, link building, AI SEO and white-label delivery for agencies. You can reach us through the contact page.

2. Scope of services

Each engagement is defined by the package you order or the written quote you approve. Page counts, deliverables and timelines stated there form the agreed scope. Anything outside that scope requires a separate agreement.

3. Orders and billing

Work begins after your order is confirmed. We accept secure marketplace escrow or direct invoicing. Invoices are due as stated on the invoice.

4. Your responsibilities

• Provide access needed for the work, such as website admin and Search Console, in a timely manner.
• Review and approve deliverables within a reasonable time.
• Ensure your website and its content are lawful and yours to modify.

5. No ranking guarantee

Search engines are third parties and nobody controls their results. We do not guarantee any specific ranking, traffic level or revenue outcome. What we commit to is the agreed scope, the timeline and transparent reporting of the work performed.

6. Intellectual property

On full settlement of an order, the deliverables created for your website belong to you. Our internal tools, templates, checklists and processes remain ours.

7. Third-party costs

Hosting, plugins, premium tools, content licensing and advertising spend are not included unless the package says so.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to a service is limited to the amount received for that service. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

9. Cancellation

Monthly plans can be cancelled with written notice before the next billing cycle. Most monthly plans have no minimum term; the Ongoing AI SEO plan runs a 6-month minimum, stated on its service page. Our Refund Policy explains how refunds are handled.

10. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The date above shows the current version.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh, without affecting any mandatory consumer rights that apply to you.
